Team Telomere is allocating funds to help individuals and families impacted by Telomere Biology Disorders (TBDs) access clinical trials.

Through the Trail Fund Assistance Program, eligible applicants may request up to $1,000 to help offset travel, lodging, and related costs associated with participating in non-industry sponsored clinical trials. Our goal is to reduce barriers to trial access and ensure every individual impacted by TBDs has the opportunity to contribute to advancing telomere biology research.

Applications will be reviewed based on demonstrated need, eligibility, and available funds. The form will remain open until annual funds are fully distributed. This form may require additional support from your institutional social work team; please let us know if we can assist in this process.
